This idea stems from the principle that work goals prove easier to accomplish if you have someone who can help you out, support you, and share activities together. This way, there will always be motivation even in the most difficult and stressful activities. Whether you are running on the treadmill, strength training, doing aerobic exercises, or even sticking to a diet, a friend who does the same will make your routines more enjoyable and less boring.

Support is one of the key factors that contribute to the success of a weight loss program. Take for instance, dieting.
