The effects of muscle imbalances can be far reaching,
not ONLY causing back pain, but a series of imbalances
that go as far up as the skull, causing cranial bone
imbalances, and as far down as bunions!
This may at first sound a little hard to fathom, but when
you consider that in the process of even walking, every
muscle in your postural chain is dynamically working
to keep you upright, stabilize your joints, and keep you
moving in the direction you want to go.

Muscle imbalances that can create joint pain.
Every muscle has a job to do, and in the event that muscle
is not able to perform optimally, as in the case of muscle
spasm, weakness, tightness, etc, then additional muscles
will need to pick up the slack.
