Most of the sauces we used to prepare have too much calories that just adds up to the meat dishes we are eating. When we eat, yes we get satisfied but we feel guilty about it. Not a good feeling about eating, right?

To eliminate this guilt feeling, here is a healthy sauce recipe that you can do. The Orange Cranberry Sauce recipe can be used and stocked for future use, and you can even share it with your friends. This is a sauce we have used with a number of our personal training clients right here in our Eagan studio.

The ingredients:

Preparation:

Get a large, nonstick saucepan and add all the ingredients.

Mix everything with a spoon until all ingredients are well blended.

heat over medium to medium high heat and bring to a boil for a few minutes.

Reduce to a simmer.

Let cook until the cranberries pop open.

Don’t forget to stir occasionally so it won’t burn or stick to the bottom.

Let cook for about 10 minutes.

Put out the heat and let it cool.

Place the sauce in serving dishes and serve with your meat dishes.

You may store the remaining sauce in jars and keep it covered tightly to avoid it from watering.

You may also share it with your friends. This way, you can share them not only a tasty and delectable sauce but a healthy and guilt-free dressing for their meat dishes.
