Your reason “WHY” is absolutely, positively, 100% your most POWERFUL motivator. Period. This has been one of the most important lessons we have taught at our personal training studio in Eagan.
It is your reason “WHY” that gets you out of bed early in the morning to exercise and eat a good breakfast.
It is your reason “WHY” that drives you to seek the proper knowledge, in the first place.
It is your reason “WHY” that gives you the strength to push forward when things are difficult.
And, perhaps most importantly, it is your reason “WHY” that gives you the ability to pick yourself up and dust yourself off after a temporary “failure”.
Without the “WHY”, we quit. Every time.
You MUST have a WHY. However long it takes to identify your why, spend the time, it will be well worth it.
The only way to reach your goals is to take action and without your compelling reasons why, you just won’t take that action.
