Diets are so yesterday! While they may work for awhile, eventually you either give up or go crazy from overeating one type of food like rice cakes with salsa for every meal!
At the Body Project we believe there is a better way: Your Personal Road map to eating. While we think most diets are ineffective (and a bit boring), we do know that many of them contain at least a few nuggets of wisdom that we can take-away to move us closer to understanding what a healthy diet is anyway.
We will put together your program based on your chemistry and your lifestyle. We’ll even take you to the grocery store to show you what to look for on your program and what to stay away from.
