Many people consider their busy schedule first before doing their daily exercise. Our work has become the main priority more than our health. The sedentary lifestyle has made a lot of us lose touch to our healthy selves, which is why we should wake up to the fact that we need proper time management and exercise to keep healthy.

The most common excuse: “I don’t have time” often escapes our lips whenever we know we have to start exercising. By using our “lack of time” as an excuse, it only shows that we do not have a good sense of time management. Exercise doesn’t have to be the last on our list.
